Consulting
Thanks to AI, the way we work is changing. Companies will increasingly have a choice to make: do more on the same productivity hamster wheel or make space for creativity and new ideas to flourish. The latter option requires a fundamental change in the way we think about our jobs, and if done right, creates new opportunities that would’ve been unimaginable even just a few years ago.
The principle of operating in your zone of genius applies equally to your entire organization as well as the individuals within it. Connecting with what you do best and nourishing those qualities will become increasingly important as competition grows and new companies emerge faster than ever. Automation can free up time from your teams, and it will be up to you to decide what to do with that time: more of the same, faster or to enable your people to explore new, high leverage opportunities that support growth.
I partner with companies and executives to help them unlock their unique potential, build alignment, and turn these insights into action items that positively impact their bottom line.
Service areas: innovation & strategy, storytelling, communications, coaching.

When I was in high school, I felt so misunderstood by the educational system that I ended up rebelling by not going to college at all. Instead, I moved to China with the idea that if I put myself in the most foreign and unknown environment I could personally think of, I would learn much more about human nature, society, and myself than any degree could offer me.
Since then, I’ve lived in nine countries around the world, worked at high growth startups in Silicon Valley, built a fashion brand, spent time at the University of Cambridge as a Visiting Scholar, and raised $1.7M in venture capital funding for my own software company.
Kids today are living through even weirder times than I did. The world looks entirely different than it did decades ago, yet the educational system has barely changed. What makes things even more bizarre is that by the time current primary school students enter the workforce, 65% of them will have jobs that don’t yet exist.
I help students discover their sources of curiosity and inspiration, unlock their unique potential, and build life-long habits for thriving in change and uncertainty.
